BIOGRAPHY
Sadikshya Basel is a dedicated and enthusiastic public health practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, certified by the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC). With a strong passion for advancing health systems and improving community well-being, Ms. Sadikshya, brings expertise in data collection, team collaboration, and time management to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Associate role at Health, Nutrition, Education, and Agriculture Research Development Nepal (HEARD Nepal).
She works to develop and manage effective MEAL frameworks that meet both organizational and donor requirements. Sadikshya plays an important role in evaluating programs, analyzing data, and conducting quality assessments to ensure projects are guided by useful insights and flexible strategies.
With a strong focus on accountability, Sadikshya ensures project activities are transparent, inclusive, and encourage feedback from participants. She helps establish systems that allow community voices to shape project improvements.
