He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and has developed strong expertise in savings and loan portfolio oversight, financial reporting, compliance, and internal control mechanisms.

With practical experience in financial literacy promotion and community engagement initiatives, he has contributed to strengthening grassroots financial systems and institutional accountability.

As Treasurer, Mr. Gelal provides oversight of budgeting processes, financial governance, and transparent resource management. He is committed to upholding financial integrity, ensuring accountability, and supporting the sustainable growth and impact of HEARD Nepal.
