Dr. Vinita Sharma Reina is an experienced public health professional holding PhD, MPH, and BPH degrees. Her academic, professional, and research experience spans several countries including Nepal, Israel, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and the United States.

She has worked with various academic institutions and development organizations on public health initiatives, with particular focus on HIV/AIDS, substance use, and mental health. Through her global experience, she contributes strong analytical and research-based insights into public health policy and program implementation.

As a Technical Advisor at HEARD Nepal, Dr. Sharma supports the organization in strengthening public health programming, research capacity, and evidence-based interventions.
