Mr. Kishor Jung Shah is a senior public health professional with over ten years of experience in health system strengthening, nutrition, maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, and policy development. He holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Southern Denmark.

He has worked with leading international organizations including Helen Keller International, Save the Children, and Abt Global, managing large-scale health programs funded by USAID, the Global Fund, and the European Union.

As a Technical Advisor – Health Economics at HEARD Nepal, he provides strategic guidance on health financing models, economic evaluation of interventions, and strengthening sustainable and resilient health systems.
