Mohammad Manjur is a dedicated Admin/Finance and HR Officer with HEARD Nepal for the Nutrition for Life (N4L) Project, based in Saptari District. Originally from Janakpur, Nepal, he brings over five years of professional experience in financial management, administration, and human resources within the development sector.
Prior to joining HEARD Nepal, Mr. Manjur worked as an Admin and Finance Officer at Aasaman Nepal, where he supported multiple donor-funded projects, including those funded by USAID, Plan International, Mercy Corps, Captivating International Foundation, VSO, and UNICEF. His responsibilities included budgeting, payroll management, taxation, financial reporting, audit coordination, and ensuring donor compliance. He is proficient in various accounting and financial management software, including TrueBooks, FAMAS, Tally ERP 9, IDS, and Microsoft Navision, and has strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. Known for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, he contributes effectively to strengthening financial systems and ensuring accurate and transparent reporting. Mr. Manjur holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Tribhuvan University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Studies (MBS) to further enhance his professional expertise. With a strong commitment to professional growth and organizational integrity, he aims to continue building his career in finance while contributing to transparent, accountable, and efficient financial practices within the development sector.
