Technical Advisor – HEARD Nepal

Mr. Chandra Bahadur Thapa is a senior public health professional with over fifteen years of experience in health systems strengthening, adolescent reproductive health, maternal and newborn health, disability-inclusive programming, and humanitarian response. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and has worked extensively in the design, implementation, and management of public health programs.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to strengthening health governance, improving service delivery systems, and promoting inclusive health programming. His expertise also includes monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), ensuring that health interventions are evidence-based and result-oriented.

As a Technical Advisor to HEARD Nepal, Mr. Thapa provides strategic guidance in health system strengthening, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation to improve sustainable and equitable health outcomes.
