Mr. Duniya Lal Yadav is a public health professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in health administration, monitoring and evaluation, and public health program implementation. He currently serves as Chief (8th Level) at the Health Office Saptari under the Ministry of Social Development.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in policy advocacy, supply chain management, emergency response coordination, and health system management. He has also worked closely with NGOs, INGOs, bilateral agencies, and UN organizations.

As a Technical Advisor to HEARD Nepal, Mr. Yadav provides technical guidance in public health systems strengthening, policy advocacy, and human development initiatives.
