Chair – HEARD Nepal

Indra Narayan Yadav is a dedicated and experienced educator from VDC Goithee–5, Saptari, Nepal. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tribhuvan University (TU), reflecting his strong academic foundation in both education and legal studies.

With over twenty years of teaching experience, Mr. Yadav has served as a Mathematics Teacher under the Government of Nepal at Shree Jyoti Secondary School, Khotang, and Shree Jana Kalyan Secondary School, Panchthar. In these roles, he played a vital part in strengthening students’ analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. He is currently working as a Mathematics and Science Teacher at Malikadevi Secondary School, where he continues his commitment to delivering quality education and fostering holistic student development.

In addition to his teaching career, Mr. Yadav has one year of field survey experience with Oxfam Nepal, contributing to community-based development initiatives.

Beyond his professional teaching responsibilities, Mr. Yadav serves as the Joint Secretary of HEARD Nepal, where he actively contributes to educational development, organizational leadership, and community engagement initiatives. Through this role, he supports strategic planning, coordination, and advocacy efforts aimed at strengthening educational and social impact programs.
