Mr. Saroj Sharma is a finance professional with over fifteen years of experience in Nepal’s NGO and INGO sector. He currently serves as Finance Officer at Islamic Relief Worldwide and has previously worked with CARE Nepal, UNDP-supported projects, Options Consultancy UK, PSI/Nepal, and COSAN.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies with specialization in Accounting and Finance. His expertise includes financial management, donor compliance, audit processes, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

As a Technical Advisor to HEARD Nepal, Mr. Sharma provides guidance on financial governance, donor accountability, and institutional financial systems.
