Mrs. Punam Gauro is a clinical nursing and community health expert with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSc Nursing). She has extensive professional experience working with government institutions and several development organizations, including NHSSP, One Heart Worldwide (OHW), NSI, PSI, Karuna Foundation, and JHPIEGO.

She has strong expertise in maternal and child health, public health nursing, and community-based health services. Mrs. Gauro has received advanced-level training in several specialized areas including RUSG, Skilled Birth Attendance (SBA), Medical Abortion (MA), Postnatal and Child Care (PTC), and Comprehensive Abortion Care/Post Abortion Care (CAC/PAC). In addition to her clinical and programmatic experience, she has been actively involved in academic training and curriculum development for nursing and public health education.

As a Community Health Mentor and Technical Advisor at HEARD Nepal, Mrs. Gauro provides technical support in clinical training, community health programming, and capacity building for health professionals and community health workers.
