Mr. Santosh Ghimire is a governance and social mobilization expert with over twenty years of experience in the development sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Tribhuvan University and a postgraduate degree in Applied Social Development from Queen Margaret University in the United Kingdom.

He has worked with bilateral development projects, UN agencies, and international NGOs, focusing on governance strengthening, gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), project management, and community-based development.

As a Technical Advisor to HEARD Nepal, Mr. Ghimire contributes expertise in governance systems, social development strategies, and participatory community engagement approaches.
